The villa itself is a stunning and spacious four-bedroom villa with private pool, gardens and golf course views.
Bedrooms: Master double and twin room located on the first floor; both are en suite with walk in showers. The second double and twin rooms are located on the ground floor and are again en suite with walk in showers.

As you enter the villa, you will find an open plan living and dining area which are comfortably furnished, featuring a fireplace and high, vaulted ceiling. There is free, reliable internet included and a large screen TV with comprehensive TV system which includes International sports and movie channels with playback option. There are French doors which open out from the well-equipped kitchen onto the terrace and pool area.

The ground floor features the first of the double and twin bedrooms which are both en suite with modern walk-in showers. On the first floor you will find the master double and second twin bedrooms, which are also en suite with shower and have private balconies where you can enjoy glorious views of the golf course and sea beyond.

The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing and dining, furnished with two sets of dining tables and chairs, Gas BBQ and sunbeds. The 10x5m private pool and gardens are perfect for enjoying views of the nearby golf course.

Location within Aphrodite Hills Resort: West plateau
Aphrodite Hills is split over two plateau; known as the west and the east. The resort village square and facilities are situated on the west plateau, and this villa is around a 15 minute walk from these facilities.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.
We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.
During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
