Villa 0086 is typical of the high standards that we, at Aphrodite Hills Rentals have come to expect of the properties in our portfolio, with its first-class quality furnishings, fixtures and fittings and air conditioning throughout. It is among the few which are within walking distance of the Village Square, where you will find a wonderful selection of shops, bars and restaurants, a children’s play area and of course the InterContinental Hotel.
One enters the Villa directly into a large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge has a stone-built fireplace and is comfortably furnished with two double, light brown coloured fabric sofas. There is a flat-screen TV and DVD player for the guest’s enjoyment, with the added benefit of a satellite connection. The dining area boasts a beautiful dark wood table and leather chairs, whilst the kitchen offers a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and electric oven and hob. Several patio doors on this level open onto two large covered patio areas, with matching wicker table and chairs for those who prefer to dine alfresco.
On this level, you find the first of the three bedrooms; a twin room with bedside tables with matching lamps and wardrobes. A guest bathroom next to the bedroom features a bath and a shower, a single vanity unit and a toilet.
Stairs lead to the first floor, where you will discover the two remaining bedrooms. The first is a twin room with patio doors leading onto a private balcony overlooking the back garden and pool terrace. The second bedroom is a double - again this room has patio doors leading onto a further private balcony, which overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. Both of these bedrooms share a bathroom, which features a bath with shower, a single vanity unit and a toilet.
Outside, the 10m x 4m swimming pool* with ladder steps, is surrounded by terraces offering ample room for sunbathing. There’s a large lawned area ideal for children. The pool area features a built-in barbeque, dining tables and chairs, parasols and sunbeds; an idyllic enhancement to outdoor living.
Both the swimming pool terrace and first-floor balcony offer the most beautiful vistas to the sparkling sea; a perfect place to watch the sunset after a relaxing day basking in the Cypriot sunshine.
