Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is quickly becoming as popular as central Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone!
The nearest beach is Kalamies which is a white sand beach next to the picturesque fishing harbor of Golden Coast. There can be found many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras Centre with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk, or for sun-downers/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.

This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times.
