All the sea sights and mountain sights for all the island are all from 30-90 minutes away from you are place. Of course old city Nicosia and insight the walls is 15 minutes away and is the most unique and historic place to be in Cyprus. Public transportation is 8 minutes walking distance. Supermarket, grocery, bank e.t.c. is about 8- 10 minutes walking distance. In a very quiet neighborhood, peaceful and friendly with dog walks in the afternoon.
The property is about 160 square meters cover territory has 3 rooms and 1 quest room and is under rebuilding period to become a hostel for Nicosia territory. The services i offer is a bed and share kitchen with everything in it refrigerator, microwave, cooking, hot water, tea, coffee, extra breakfast, towels and washing machine extra, no smoking in the building there are outside areas for smokers, of course free Wi-Fi, hot water.
Located in Tseri, this hostel is in the mountains. Agia Varvara Monastery and First Industrial Laboratory of Ayia Varvara are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Cyprus Museum and Venetian Walls of Nicosia. Cyprus International State Fairgrounds and Shacolas Tower Museum & Observatory are also worth visiting.
