The villa is detached with a private swimming pool. As you walk through the gates, you are greeted with a beautiful well-kept garden and the 10x5 swimming pool. Once you enter the door, you arrive in the living and dining area; with double glass doors on either side leading to the front and back balconies where the sunshine fills you with joy and warmth. The kitchen is separate and kitted with dishwasher, a water filtration and cooling dispenser which allows you to drink and cook with fresh water, cooker, oven and a range of kitchenware. There is a dining table for six, sofas and chairs to relax on. For entertainment there is smart TV and internet available. Downstairs there is a guest bathroom and a housing for the laundry room with a washing machine. The front balcony has table and chairs to enjoy the cool evenings and the beautiful views. The back balcony houses the BBQ area and has a table and chairs to enjoy a coffee, providing a separate private space. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite and wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobes; the third bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes; and all have access to the family bathroom. Spare sheets and towels are available in each bedroom. The setting is light and bright, allowing the scenery to be the main feature. There is a door on the landing leading to the roof terrace which offers an alternative sun bathing area, or better still an evening drink. To the west is the view of the remains of the ancient Bellepais Abbey, said to be the most impressive Gothic building in Cyprus. A fantastic sight when illuminated in the evening.

Due to the location and there not being any public transport, you will need to hire a car.
Taxi arrangement from the airport to the Villa and back. Rented car can be delivered and picked up from the Villa. All can be arranged upon request and subject to confirmation.

The hot water is a solar system where the sun heats the water for your use.
We have a water RO filtration system and cooling dispenser, giving you access to fresh water for consumption, eradicating the need for bottled water. There is also a water softening system in the villa, providing limescale free water to the property, being gentle on your skin and hair.

Located in Çatalköy, this villa is in the city center and near the beach. Kyrenia Castle and Icon Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Shacolas Tower Museum & Observatory and Cyprus International State Fairgrounds.
