Located in the Pernera area of Protaras, the spacious villa is fully equipped with everything required for a tranquil sun-soaked stay on Cyprus’ eastern coast.
The whitewashed villa is decorated in a modern style with a comfortable open-plan living and dining area with seating for six, a fitted kitchen with modern appliances and a small bathroom downstairs. Upstairs, the villa has a modern family bathroom in addition to three light-filled bedrooms, two with a small balcony at the front and back and one with an en-suite. This area of Pernera is an ideal base for exploring the wider resort of up-and-coming Protatas. The villa is less than 10 minutes’ walk from a great variety of traditional restaurants, lively bars and shops lining the picturesque narrow streets. Many beaches blanket the coastline where you can rent everything from pedalos to jet-skis, while the resort’s main beach Fig Tree Bay even has a little island you can swim out to.
