This lovely detached villa is approached by a gated driveway, this lovely detached three bedroom villa with sea views, is conveniently located in a small cul-de-sac just 200m from shops and restaurants and 500m from the safe, sandy beach of Coral Bay. There is also a bar within 100m of the villa. The accommodation is on two levels with open plan living areas on the ground floor, a master double bedroom with en-suite walk in shower, two twin bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor. All the bedrooms have their own balconies, two with sea views. Outside there are covered and sun terraces, an 8m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps, a brick built BBQ and ornamental gardens with lawns.
