Villa 85, a three bedroom, 3 bathroom property, is amongst the few “Superior Villas”, which are within walking distance of the village square, where you will find a selection of shops and restaurants, children’s play area, golf clubhouse, tennis and football academies and spa.
You enter the villa into the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, is comfortably furnished with two sofas, there is a large screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system for your enjoyment. The dining area boasts a beautiful dark wood table and six leather chairs and among the basic appliances there is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and electric oven and hob.
Two patio door on the ground level open onto a large covered patio area with relaxing furniture and matching table and chairs for those who prefer to dine outside. On this level you find the first of the 3 bedrooms which is a twin room, with a bathroom featuring a shower cubicle, single vanity sink and toilet next to it.
Stairs lead to the second floor where you find the remaining two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, single vanity sink and toilet. Finally, the patio doors leading onto a private balcony overlooking the back garden and pool terrace. The second bedroom features twin beds with a bathroom featuring a bathtub, single vanity sink and toilet next to it.
Outside the 10M x 5M swimming pool* with roman steps, is surrounded by terraces offering ample room for sunbathing and a large lawned area with a beautiful garden of indigenous shrubs and trees, ideal for children and adults alike.
Both the swimming pool terrace and first-floor balcony offer beautiful views to the sparkling sea in the distance, a perfect place to watch the sunset after a relaxing day basking in the Cypriot sunshine.
