Wonderful villa in a wonderful location! Everything is within walking distance 3-7 min walk. Villa has everything for a relaxing holiday near the sea.
The villa is an excellent choice for families and for wedding parties as there are several villas close to this one and also, this is an excellent choice for winter holidays as the house has a central heating system, which makes it attractive for winter holidaymakers
Villa is located in the resort Pernera, Protaras. Shops, restaurants, pubs are in 5 min walk. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and an open plan living room, dining room with a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet downstairs. The patio doors lead you to the pool area with sunbeds. BBQ and garden furniture. There is a private parking.
