Latchi Marina Bungalow is a beautiful 3-bedroom, single-story property perfect for limited mobility. Featuring an extremely private, matured landscaped garden and a wonderful 8m x 4m private swimming pool. The villa benefits from an elevated location and is only 300 meters from the beach, with Latchi Harbour just a short 5-minute walk.
The property is ideally located to enjoy all the benefits of Latchi, including the numerous waterfront restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and water sports/boating activities. Polis Town is also only a 5-minute drive away.

Living Area
The open-plan living/dining room boasts large patio doors providing an abundance of light, creating a bright, airy living space.
There is a large flat-screen TV with a fantastic UKTV package including kids' channels for evening entertainment. Wi-Fi internet is included free of charge.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for family catering. Appliances include; dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and washing machine.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and includes a 3-step deep ladder for easy exit and entry. The pool is surrounded by a large patio with 6 sunbeds and 2 parasols to take in the beautifully landscaped gardens featuring a large array of flowers, shrubs, and trees. There is also a BBQ area to the side of the property.
Next to the swimming pool is a shaded area including a comfy outdoor sofa set and a separate dining area with seating for 6-people.
