Ideally located close to Coral Bay ( 900m ) and only 12km from Paphos town and main tourist area.
Each villa has two pritty spacious bedrooms ( 1 master and 1 twin), an open-plan lounge and dining room ( with TV chanels from all over the world , DVD and wi-fi internet ), which is separated by a breakfast bar from the kitchen ( with washing machne, oven & gas hops, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and plenty cooking utensils and equipments). Air-conditioning (hot & cold air) in bedrooms payable locally at €6 per unit per day.
Sliding doors lead out to spacious covered veranda facing to the pool and amazing, stunning sea views. Spacious patio around the pool and villa , with sunbeds, garden table & chairs, unbrellas, BBQ and private parking. Private, peaceful, relaxing and very safe place ( no gates, cameras or security codes ) , The ideal holiday destination for families, couples and elderly people seeking relaxing holiday in superb surrounding with great climate.
Its a family running business and our main concern and priority is to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. our house is in the same huge land (9500sqm) as our villas and we are there for you at any time, day or night should you need us.

Located in Pegeia, this villa is in the mountains and on the beach. Paphos Harbour and Fikardos Winery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Coral Bay Beach and Painted Churches in the Troodos Region. Pafos Zoo and Paphos Aphrodite Waterpark are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
