Gated parking , fully equipped kitchen and internet .villa has pull out futon to accommodate extra guests if requested, cot , stair gates and high chairs can be supplied ( these are to be checked by yourself before use ).property has 2 single beds , a double bed and a pull out futon.

Set in a safe, peaceful and tranquil location whilst also being close to the magnificent beaches of Ayia Thekla, Landra, Macronissis and Nissi. Villa stands within its own grounds with outside facilities which include: well maintained private outdoor swimming pool with paved surround, sun loungers, outside table and chairs, covered pergola area for shade, barbecue, landscaped garden and outside shower. Inside the Villa has full air conditioning and wireless internet. Absolutely ideal for families.
Meet and Greet and Welcome Pack: Upon your arrival at the villa we will arrange (at no extra charge) for you to be met by our British representative who will be able to familiarise you with the villa, its facilities and those of the local area. We will also provide a free welcome pack consisting of such essentials as tea, milk, coffee bread, bottle of water and wine.
Bed Linen and towling changes: For bookings of 2 weeks or more this service will take place after the first 7 days and every 7 days thereafter at no extra charge. For bookings of less than 2 weeks this service can be arranged at cost (Euros 20)
A 25% non-refundable reservation payment along with a £250.00 potentially refundable damage/loss deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance of your payment is then due 60 days prior to your arrival.
