This spectacular two-bedroom semi-detached Villa is located on the western plateau, within walking distance from the Village Square’s restaurants and shops and enjoys fabulous views of the Golf Course.

The entire property is decorated in neutral tones with modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The living room is styled with minimalistic furniture including two-seat and three-seat fabric sofas, a TV, DVD player. The room is bright and warm and enjoys breathtaking views from the French doors, which open out to the pool area.

The dining area has a modern glass table with four dark green coloured fabric chairs; there are French doors which open out onto the pool and patio, setting the scene for a unique dining experience.

The contemporary Italian kitchen with granite work surfaces and splashbacks is complete with modern stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside, the property is complete with outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers with a beautiful pool (heating available on request at extra charge) as the central attraction. From the pool there is a sense of tranquillity and complete relaxation, as you look across the stunning sloping Golf Course greens.
