The views from this villa need to be seen to be believed – stunning sea views from a large wrap around veranda.
This 3 Bedroom modernized villa sleeps 6 comfortably ( bedroom 3 has pull out bed for 7th person if required).
The villa has been renovated to a high standard with a modern kitchen and shower rooms.
All bedrooms are light and breezy and have direct access to the veranda. All with fly screens and air conditioning.
The open plan kitchen / dining / living room looks out directly on to spectacular
sea views - with all the doors / windows open you receive a fabulous breeze through the room - this room is not air conditioned.
The outside terrace receives a gorgeous sea breeze throughout all the summer months – al fresco dining is a must on the spacious terrace and the large dining table and traditional taverna chairs create a wonderful setting for group dining. Can guarantee you will wish to have breakfast, lunch and dinner on the front terrace - the sun set has to be seen and enjoyed every evening! (A glass of wine at sunset on the terrace will be a highlight of any stay).
The kitchen is well stocked with new double oven/ convection microwave, two large fridges and a freezer as well as a variegated wine fridge.
The villa is situated in beautiful private grounds with a separate enclosed newly refurbished swimming pool area, featuring a larger than average pool (12m x 5m), a sun bathing area as well as a shaded seating area. At night the pool is lit by blue LED light allowing for a night time dip.
This villa also benefits from WiFi, Smart TV and DVD player . There are DVD’s supplied for both adults and children.
The spacious grounds are lawned and child friendly.
Located in Pegeia, this villa is in a rural area and near the beach. Tombs of the Kings and Maa-Paliokastro Archaeological Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Paphos Harbour and Fikardos Winery. Pafos Zoo and Paphos Aphrodite Waterpark are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with jet skiing and scuba diving nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with horse riding and cycling.
