This beautiful custom built home with gorgeous views is only minutes from Custer State Park and Sylvan Lake. Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the deer make their daily walk through the yard. The great room has acacia asian walnut floors, and the kitchen has custom hickory cabinets and granite countertops, along with a new 70 inch smart tv with free WiFi. The main floor has a king suite with a walk-in tile shower and jetted spa tub; and an additional bedroom with a queen located next to the half bath in the hall. The loft also provides a king suite, with a balcony and walk-in tile shower.
The basement will treat you to one of the largest live edge log countertops in the Hills. There is a bedroom in the basement that has a king bed and a family area with a queen pull-out couch. The basement also has a bathroom with a tub/shower.
Outdoor features include a 1200 sq ft. deck, a gas grill and a gas fireplace for entertainment; plus beautiful mountain views. Enjoy the beauty of the Black Hills with views of Calamity Peak, the Needles and Black Elk Peak all from the backyard. This home also provides everything you’ll need to be comfortable, including: cooking utensils, pots and pans, eating utensils, plates and cups, coffee and condiments, extra bedding, towels, and board games for the kids.
Central location is another perk this house has to offer, as it is a 2 minute drive from downtown Custer.
