Lauren Sample, D.P.T., is a physical therapist for Select Physical Therapy?s Cumming outpatient center. She received her Doctorate Degree of Physical Therapy from Medical College of Georgia in consortium with Armstrong Atlantic State University, Savannah, GA, in 2009, and her Bachelor?s Degree of Science from Armstrong Atlantic State University in 2007.

Lauren has experience in treating a variety of orthopedic injuries, and has had the most success treating the cervical/lumbar spine, post-surgical conditions, and balance loss for patients that have suffered from a stroke or de-conditioning. Lauren has completed a special interest series on the foot & ankle, shoulder, spine, and using I.A.S.T.M.. She is certified to conduct Functional Capacity Evaluations and work conditioning training. Lauren is currently in leadership training to become a center manager and is working towards her McKenzie certification.


Lauren?s vision: To help people return to their lives as they were before an injury or to better their life by reducing the pain that they suffer from. As a therapist I enjoy helping others and watching them become confident and independent as they progress & improve.
