• Gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Make sure air is 74 on cool in summer and 68 on heat in winter. wash and put away dishes. wash your towels please.
• Remove all trash from the interior and exterior of property and game room and take to the trash cans at the bottom of the road. failure to do so will result in a $50 garage fee.
• Make sure the grill is cleaned and the grease bucket has been dumped. make sure the kitchen area is cleaned. $100 fee will be charged if grill and area is left dirty.
