Upstairs Bedroom (sleeps 5) includes Queen bed with XL twin trundle bed, and 2 twin daybed with trundle pullout. Ensuite private full bathroom. Upstairs living room is ideal for kids entertainment with large sectional including queen sofa bed (sleeps 2), smart TV with DVD player and many movies.

Bottom floor (1st floor):
Queen bedroom (sleeps 2) with exterior access to covered patio and deck, and private connecting full bathroom. Downstairs entertainment room/4th BR includes large sectional with pullout queen sofa bed (sleeps 2), smart TV, and connecting full bathroom. Washer/dryer with laundry room and full size second fridge located between bedroom and 4th bedroom/entertainment room.

All stairs have infant safety gates. All exterior doors have infant safety handles. Upper deck is fully enclosed/fenced. Back yard, patio and deck are fully enclosed with gate to dock access.
