The house consists of three separate living units, two of which are connected by an interior staircase, while the third is accessible via an exterior staircase. The interior is beautifully and comfortably furnished and ideal for 16 people.
In the covered part of the yard you can enjoy the quiet surroundings or prepare delicious delicacies on the grill. Refresh yourself in the pool on hot summer days and then relax on the sun loungers with your favorite reading material.
The house is located only about 150 meters from the promenade, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. Be sure to visit the town of Zadar with numerous cafes, restaurants, historical sites and modern art.
