Villa Marta spans two floors and offers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and privacy, ideal for families and groups of friends. The ground floor features two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and a home office space. The upper floor includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower and one with a bathtub), a kitchen with dining area, living space, and a balcony with furniture for relaxing. The entire villa is air-conditioned and child-friendly, with a cot and high chair available.
Outside, you’ll find a heated pool (3.5 x 9 m) with sun loungers, a terrace with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue grill, and dining area, as well as a gym with its own bathroom. An additional small house connects to an outdoor fireplace and covered terrace. The 1,000 m2 garden is fully fenced, offering complete privacy.
Villa Marta also provides a wide range of entertainment options: Playstation 3, Smart TV with Netflix, a multilingual library, and sports equipment for badminton and cricket. The villa has three terraces, three dishwashers, a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and parking for five cars (two in the garage and three in the yard).
