The dining area is also directly connected to the light-flooded living room. The living room is perfect if you want to relax on the sofa with your family after dinner. A bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower is also located on this floor.

On the second floor you will find 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. Those who want to relax in the indoor jacuzzi or sit back in one of the chairs on the upper terrace and enjoy the breathtaking views over the bay will absolutely love this floor.

Within a radius of 10 km you will find many beaches and nearby there is also a marina where you can rent a boat and visit the islands in the bay. Lungomare, a 12 km long coastal path that stretches from Lovran to Volosko, is very popular with tourists visiting the area. A romantic and relaxing 100-year-old walk along the shore, far away from the city traffic, offers you the opportunity to relax from stress and everyday worries. Another must-see is Volosko, a former fishing town. Today, Volosko attracts tourists with its many restaurants and a wonderful view of the sea. Rijeka, the third largest city in Croatia and its largest port, is only 20 km away.
