It is conveniently located just 150' from the Gold Link HomeOwner's Trail/National Forest. Perfect for skiing in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer. There is a shuttle bus most of the year between the house and the ski area. Enjoy breathtaking 270 degree panoramic views from the picture windows and decks throughout the house. Great location for family gatherings and special events. There is a great room for family gatherings, an open kitchen, a woodburning fireplace, separate game room with a pool table and an indoor hot tub/steam shower. A new 65"' Smart LCD HDTV with Wi-fi in the living room. 75 Anthracite is a custom built home in the Elk Run subdivision. It is located off the Gold Link/Painter Boy Chairlifts, Homeowners trail run. The Homeowner's Trail is a groomed, blue (intermediate) run to the house. This home has 4 bedroom plus a loft (with bath) and four bathrooms. There is a indoor hot tub and a pool table in the game room. You will enjoy incredible 270 degree views.
The bedding for 75 Anthracite is (med-firm) king in the master bedroom (2022) , a king (2014) + queen in the third bedroom, 2 sets of bunk beds , two new (2015) queen beds and two twins in the loft. This house will sleep 17 adults. A vehicle is needed in order to get to town. Unless you want to take the shuttle bus. 4-wheel drive is highly recommended in the winter, and required under heavy snow conditions to get up the driveway. Secured High Speed Wireless Internet. ***During Christmas, New Year's, and Spring Break there is a seven night minimum, please call for exceptions. There is a $650 one-time housekeeping charge. There is also a $5000 damage deposit via a third party insurance-one time fee;, for excessive housekeeping and or damages..
