The Black Bear Lodge is well situated near the base of the West Wall Lift and stuns with its’ rustic-luxury style. It is a secure complex with heated underground parking that has a clearance of 7' 10", an additional porte-cochere for unloading, and a large lounge with a flat-screen TV. Don’t worry about lugging your skis; store them in the ground floor ski lockers for each condo. There is an outdoor communal hot tub and grilling area for entertaining, as well as complimentary wifi.

This popular 4 bedroom, 4 full bath is a Crested Butte luxury condominium. This condo entrance is located on the third floor with elevator access. Huge vaulted ceilings highlight the large stone, gas fireplace in the living room with a flat-screen TV just above. Plenty of seating in the living room, which can be overlooked by the kitchen and dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and lots of granite tile counter space to prep your meals. Seating is available for 6 available at the dining room table with additional room at the kitchen breakfast bar for 4. Two guest bedrooms are located on this same entry-level, one queen bedroom with a full bath that can be accessed by the guest bedroom or entry hallway. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds with a full on-suite including a soaking tub and double vanity. There are two master on-suites located on the second floor both with king beds and the same soaking tubs and double vanity bathrooms. All bedrooms have their own flat-screen TVs. The stacked washer and dryer are located in the entry-level closet. There is 1 permitted, assigned parking spot for a regular vehicle in the underground parking garage. 1 additional permit can be issued based on the open parking availability and is first come first serve. There is overflow parking for trailers based on a first come first serve basis. Additional vehicles must be parked off-premise.

The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. Black Bear Lodge is located near the summer town route schedule which is every 20 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes. In the winter, Black Bear is on a special condo loop shuttle that picks up every 30 minutes and brings you to the base area. The shuttle is not needed for ski access when the West Wall lift is in operation.
