Located on open space at the end of Elk Ave in Crested Butte, this super-fun house with an open floor plan, kitchen, dining, living room offers 3 bedrooms including 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms and loft with twin beds. 3 bathrooms equipped with showers, guests can enjoy the convenience of a fitness space, climbing gym, bocci court/games court, hot tub, fire pit, gardens & privacy, alley parking, fast internet, washer/dryer. Experience the magic of Crested Butte from this wonderful house.
The home basks in the western glow of our beautiful sunsets and enjoys views of Red Lady Bowl, the Peak, Gothic and Whetstone Mountain from the lower east side of town. Design highlights include amazing custom lighting treatments, Pogoloff custom kitchen cabinetry in bamboo with lyptis counter tops, walnut trim and doors throughout, cork flooring, a 2-story soapstone gas fireplace and a stunning custom steel and bamboo staircase that stretches from the entryway to the third floor.
The floor plan puts the walk-out deck & grill off the kitchen. The kitchen opens into the living room with gas fireplace, dining, and office-flex space/sun room and a 3/4 bath on the second level. A lofted space that is currently home to a climbing gym, exercise equipment, yoga space on the top level. Three bedrooms, two baths, open front entry way and the gear room on the 1st floor. You’ll love the covered, wrap around front porch, the bocci court and the paver walkway. The back patio features a big salt water hot tub, an outdoor shower and a super fun firepit with stone benches, fresh lettuce garden. The property is beautifully landscaped gardens and offers privacy with mature spruce and aspen trees all around.
There is a private back patio to store your bikes, skis, baords and gear. There is off street, outside parking only, for 2 vehicles located in the back alley on both sides of the garage. Any additional vehicles would need to be parked on the street in front of the property. These will need to pay close attention to winter parking regulations and be moved daily.
All guests must be 30 and older to rent this house. Children are always welcome with their parent or guardian.
Unfortunately no pets are allowed.
No events or parties are allowed. No Bachelor or Bachelorette parties, no weddings, no business retreats. Kind and caring families are welcome!
