Lovely, newer 3 BR home in the Larkspur subdivision. Hot tub, pet friendly, tennis and pickle ball courts.

The Space:
This is a beautiful 3-bedroom dog friendly home in the Larkspur neighborhood just minutes to the town of Crested Butte. Surrounded by million dollar views, this home won't disappoint! 

The house is set up as an "upside/down house" with main living on the upper floor so that you can capitalize on the incredible views from all directions. The entry floor of the house boasts 2 bedrooms one with a king bed and one with a queen and a twin trundle underneath. Also on this floor you have a full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a large mudroom/laundry room with a full size washer/dryer and plenty of storage. From this room you can walk into the garage where you can store your gear or use the dog crate that the owners have left for your use. You can easily access the hot tub thru the laundry and garage areas. The garage is great for gear storage and one small car/small SUV. The owners have kindly provided bike pumps, bike racks, and a hose set up outside to clean up your gear.

Upstairs is a beautifully designed open floor plan where the kitchen, great room and dining area all flow together. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a large screened tv. The dining area seats 6 with additional seating at the bar top. A fully equipped kitchen awaits with anything you might need to craft the dinner of your choice. Just out the door from the kitchen is a deck with a table and 8 chairs and a new grill. A portable JBL speaker is provided for guests to use while in residence. Also on this level is a powder bath and the primary bedroom suite. This suite has a king mattress, smart tv, large closet and a huge bathroom. The bathroom has 2 sinks, a large soaker tub, separate tiled shower and toilet (in its separate room).

The deck has a grill and outdoor patio table that seats 6 in the summer/fall.  A hot tub is located just below the deck to enjoy after a long day recreating.

All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.

This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking.  Unfortunately, we cannot allow any cats.   Any damage incurred by the pet will be the responsibility of the renter.  

Within the Larkspur community you can enjoy Pickleball and Tennis courts as well as a small playground for young kids.

A pack and play and a highchair are also available at the house for your use.

NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED anywhere on the premises. Any evidence of smoke will incur fees.

Renters 25 years and older are welcome. Children with their parents or guardian are always welcome. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles. All vehicles must be parked in the garage or in the driveway.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you.  If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.

Guest Access:
Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST.

The Neighborhood:
Larkspur is a neighborhood equally mixed with local residents and 2nd homeowners. There are tennis and pickle ball courts for guests to use about a block away. Larkspur is right across from Skyland where The Club at Crested Butte is. Several hiking and biking trails are easily accessed nearby on Brush Creek Rd. Please note, you do not have access to Grant Lake or any amenities in the Skyland residential neighborhood.

Getting Around:
You will need a car. The town of Crested Butte is about 2.5 miles away. We suggest parking for free at the 4 way stop in town and taking the free shuttle to the mountain.

Located in Skyland, a neighborhood in Crested Butte, this vacation home is in the mountains and on a lake. Slate River and Lake Grant reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Trailhead Children's Museum and Ice Rink. Explore all the area has to offer with mountain climbing, rock climbing, and cycling.
