The dining room seats 6 at the table and is open to the gourmet kitchen with additional seating at the island. There is a wrap-around balcony with breathtaking views can be accessed from the dining room, living room, and there is an additional covered deck off the queen guest bedroom.
When it's time for bed this property has 3 bedrooms consisting of a luxurious king master with flat-screen TV and window framed views of Mount Crested Butte and the base area. The en-suite bath for the master has quartz countertops and a fabulous glass shower. Down the hall you will find the guest bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen bed with private covered deck and flat screen TV. The second guest room has a combination bunk bed with a twin on top and queen on the bottom. This room also has a flat panel TV and shares a double vanity full bath with the second guest bedroom. There is a convenient laundry room with stackable washer and dryer and folding zone. This one-level condo is accessible by three flights of stairs. There is no elevator, so please note this when considering the property.
