Enclosed porch to the west with plenty of windows for taking in the afternoon sun with awesome view. This is a great area for reading, morning coffee and plenty of room for kids to play. Walking distant to the Rio Grande for fishing, near Middle Creek Road for easy access to Love Lake, Copper Creek Falls, Ivy Creek trail head, Lime Creek trail head and many more. Great Area for hiking, ATV riding areas. Includes satellite TV down stair DVD, & Games for family time. TV upstairs in loft area. Washer & Dryer, Fully Equipped kitchen, comfy Outside has a setting area with fire pit. Propane grill.
