Situated on the shores of Smith Lake, you'll be just a short drive away from Birmingham (1 hour and 15 minutes). The expansive windows and spacious deck provide unobstructed views of Bear Pen Branch on Lewis Smith Lake. Covered decks on the main and lower levels for relaxing with your family and friends. You will love the easy walk down to the dock and enjoy the beauty of the lake from the deck and dock. Spend your days swimming, fishing, or simply basking in the sun on your own private dock.

The fully equipped kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, and comfortable bedrooms make this property a home away from home.

10 steps to the dock. Swim pier. Not year-round water, the water level gets low in the off-season. Dock hits the ground at 500 MSL and is usable until 499 MSL.

Boat slip is not available for guest's use. Guests can tie their boat to the dock.
