A double decker dock with deep water off the dock for fun in the water! Kayaks for the renter's use. All the amenities you need inside the house, including a Smart TV, WiFi, board games, fully equipped kitchen, and gas grill.

Enjoy the beautiful nature of Smith Lake or it is also a short drive into Cullman, for dining, shopping and local festivals!

Huge dock with 24' x 10' boat slip. Swim docks are 30' x 14' and 10' x6'. Top level is 32' x 14' with a"jump" point! There are no steps to the dock. There is no power on the dock. Yearround water. 2 kayaks with paddles.

Please Note: The owner has Security Cameras installed at the front door and the dock.

Also, be aware that the road is gravel getting to the house. There is a sharp turn down the driveway and no parking for a trailer. Two vehicles should fit at the bottom, one or two in the back grilling area, and two on the parking pad as you go up the driveway.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE
Located in Crane Hill, this vacation home is on a lake. Speegle's Marina and Funzone are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Lewis Smith Lake and Dowling Memorial Park.
