With two living room spaces, an eat in kitchen, in unit laundry, and ample storage, this home is ideal for relocating families with additional needs for storage during their stay, medical residents and fellows, traveling professionals, and contractors/employees needing long term housing (especially if you are working on the I-75 Brent Spence Bridge Corridor Project!).
Enter through the covered front porch into the carpeted upstairs living room. The first floor also features two spacious bedrooms with large closets aand wood floors in addition to a tiled full bathroom. The short staircase leads to the bright walkout basement, which includes a second living room with wood floors and a ample eat-in kitchen with sliding doors opening to the backyard patio and large, entirely fenced backyard. The basement also includes a large, separate utility room, offering significant additional storage and washer and dryer.
