Looking to escape the hustle of the city or have a serene place to work from? Or are you looking for a vacation spot for the family? Whatever your reasoning for needing to escape, this space will not disappoint!

This quiet massive house sits on just under an acre. The house itself is 3500 square feet. It has 6 TVs and an office area. It also has a patio for just enjoying the outdoors. Come treat yourself to a cozy nicely kept secret.

Here are our housekeeping rules:

• Place any used towels and washcloths in the white baskets provided on the day that you check out. The baskets will be located upstairs.

• WASH AND PUT AWAY dishes used back where they were originally located in the kitchen.

• Absolutely, NO SHOES on the carpet anywhere in the home.

• Only flush tissue down the toilet (No paper towels, tampons, etc). We have a septic tank, and we would like to keep that working properly.

• Please DON’T use any glue, tape, or adhesive to place anything on the walls. For any damage to the walls, we will charge a $55 fee per wall.

• Please make sure that ALL guests park in the driveway. Our driveway accommodates 10-12 cars. We want to provide a respectable vacation rental for every guest and respect our neighbors at the same time.

• Please do not park or drive on the grass. For every car that drives or parks on the grass, we will charge $75. We work hard to provide a beautiful environment for everyone to enjoy which includes our grass. Driving/parking a vehicle on it can damage or even inhibit grow.

• Please NO loud noise outside after 11 pm. We like to be respectful to our neighbors.

• During check-out, please empty ALL trash cans in the home and place ALL bags used in the large trash cans provided. They are located on the outside patio.

• Absolutely, NO SMOKING ANYWHERE on the property. Our property is SMOKE FREE. That also includes ANYWHERE OUTSIDE as well. We have a 3-year-old that likes to pick up any and everything! For any cigarette or smoking device found or left on the property, we will charge $1,000, for the extra cleanup that entails.

We ask that everyone adheres to the check out time. Our cleaners are on a strict schedule and any UNAPPROVED delay disrupts the flow. We will charge an extra $20 per 30 minutes for the inconvenience.

For any UNAPPROVED additional guests that stay overnight, there will be a $50 charge. Please be upfront with us about how many people you plan to accommodate.

For early check-in, there is a flat fee of $45. Early check-in involves us speeding up our cleaners.
