Welcome to Covington! The "Hollywood of the South". This vintage 1950's ranch has lots of cozy charm. Updated with everything you need and want.
2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. 2 living areas with a twin and full sleeper sofas. Sleeps 7 comfortably!
Located a short, less than a mile, sidewalk walk to the famous downtown Covington square with all of the attractions, food and shopping.
Equally convenient, you will find the vampire hot spots are all within walking distance.
The space
1950’s brick ranch with so much charm. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Bedrooms have a queen bed in one and a full bed in the other.
Two couches fold out into a full and twin sleeper. Sleeps 7 guests comfortably.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and large fenced in back yard.
Other things to note
No street parking but there is room for three cars in the driveway.
Covington is home to this vacation home. Ashton Hills Golf Club and Oaks Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Hard Labor Creek State Park and Chimney Park. Newton County Fairgrounds and Springs Park are also worth visiting.
