Welcome to a spacious and stylish home that is the perfect place for fun with the whole family. This brand new 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home in Mal Pais sits within the gates of a small retreat community, steps to the beach and a 2 minute drive to the cross roads at Playa Carmen. A large, two-story home offers high speed fiber optic internet, air conditioning in every room, full size washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The shared infinity pool is available for all guests.
One of seven private homes that may be rented individually or together, each within the gates of a brand new retreat community. It offers three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps seven.

Mal Pais is found at the southernmost tip of the Nicoya Peninsula on the Pacific Coast. What began as a tiny fishing village, Mal Pais and neighboring Santa Teresa have become popular among anglers, surfers, and adventure travelers from around the world.
It is not an uncommon occurrence to periodically be without power or water in this region for a period of time. Sometimes blessings are curses - the very beauty of vacationing in a remote location like Mal Pais means that services many take for granted are sometimes unavailable.
Located in Cóbano, this vacation home is by the sea. While the natural beauty of Santa Teresa Beach and Parque Nacional Curu can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Los Delfines Golf & Country Club. Scuba diving and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and ecotours nearby.
