This exclusive 1200 SF ocean view condo is nicely furnished and features a king-size bed in the master with private bath. There are also a queen size and twin size bed in the second bedroom with private bath. This home sleeps up to 5 in beds. The large, gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware, granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer. Free Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and 24-hour security included in the rate. Daily maid service available for an additional fee. All linens are provided. Large televisions in living room and both bedrooms. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Large, resort style pool with cascading waterfall and plenty of space to relax.
As a guest of this property, we also include a complimentary welcome basket with coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler and more!!!

There is plenty to do in Tamarindo! From world-class surfing, diving, fishing, horseback riding, ATV tours, shopping, and dining. Day trips to the Volcano and White water rafting. Pet Friendly
Your dog is very welcome to this unit! In case you want to travel with your beloved four-paws friend, there are three basic rules:
- An extra refundable deposit of $500 is needed in case of any damage.
- We must clean a bit more after you pet that’s why an extra cleaning fee of $75 is required.
- And your pet must be submitted to a pre-approval process.
*No puppies or pets different from dogs are allowed.

The Neighborhood:
Tamarindo is a great neighborhood--walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, banking, medical and more! A car is not necessary. The beach is right across the street and offers great swimming and surfing!
Getting Around:
You don't need a car to get around. You can walk to just about anything in town! We can set up taxis as needed or also golf cart rentals.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the elevator in Building 3 at Sunrise Condos will be temporarily out of service from approximately September 11 to October 26, 2026, while a new elevator is being installed. Work will take place during daytime hours, with efforts to minimize noise and respect quiet hours.

Located in Tamarindo, this condo is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Tamarindo Beach and Conchal Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Hacienda Pinilla Golf Course.
Las Baulas National Marine Park and Monkey Park are also worth visiting.
