This cute, tastefully decorated, coastal cottage is conveniently located near the scenic Back Bay with access to miles of trails, renown shopping areas, fine dining, world-class beaches and excellent coffee shops. The house is located on a quiet, tree lined street with a spacious front yard for gathering outdoors, movie nights and barbecuing. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, there is ample space for 8 occupants. The home is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy an extended stay in the Newport Beach / Costa Mesa area With fast internet, A/C, a short 15 mile drive to Disneyland and a peaceful location, this home has everything you need for a perfect holiday.

The home is within a few miles from beaches, Balboa Island, Newport Back Bay, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza, Segerstrom Performing Arts, Disneyland, Angel Stadium, Honda Center, Anaheim Convention Center, restaurants, grocery stores and Hoag Hospital.
