3 Br Villa Vacation Rental In Costa Mesa, California

This unique luxe home has it all - movie theater (huge 135" TV), pool table, indoor/outdoor living room (walls open up to outside), hot tub, outdoor dining table, huge kitchen with open concept into living room, upgraded bathroom with rainfall shower head, central to Disneyland and Newport Beach / Laguna Beach / Huntington Beach and finally it's only 5-6 minutes to the John Wayne airport. Easily Uber here from your flight, otherwise there is free & easy parking on site.

All of the beds, linens, comforters and towels are ultra soft and comfortable (like what you'd expect at a high end hotel). We chose white fabrics to demonstrate our commitment to cleanliness, and everything you touch is comfortably plush. The home sits on a large compound with a big backyard that wraps around to the front yard with charming accent lighting in all outdoor areas for that cozy evening ambiance when soaking in the jacuzzi, watching a movie outside, or having dinner at the backyard dining table.

Enjoy watching the Superbowl, UFC, TV or a late-night movie on the high-definition 135" theater screen (+ high-end sound system) in the indoor/outdoor living room setup with a countertop bar + bar stools on the other side so you can enjoy the show from anywhere.

There is an outdoor TV above the spa so you can enjoy your show while relaxing in the hot tub.

DUE TO THE MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE (LIKE MOST IN THE AREA) DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. It does have a central whole house fan though.

All TV's on the property (5 in total) have Roku devices so you can sign into your accounts and stream whatever it may be (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc).

Please understand and be willing to follow the house rules:

* the hanging chair has a weight limit of only 250lbs
* NO loud noise or additional guests (details on fines below)
* Must clean up after your pets before you leave (or $150 fine)
* No smoking
* Please remove shoes while in the house

That is basically it and I'm hoping I won't ever need to add anymore. I do need to explain the first two rules in more detail to meet Airbnb policy.

Violations / Fines:

1. Occupancy - If a larger number of people arrive than were stated in their booking, they will be required to leave and will incur a $500 fee. If there will be more guests than you listed then reach out and explain to the host the specifics first.

2. Loud Noise: If guests exceed reasonable noise levels (particularly past 10pm), our neighbors will call the police and notify us, as they have done in the past (although very rare). There is also a device outside that monitors noise levels (outside only). If the Police are called you will incur a separate $500 fee, and may be asked to leave (yes this is legal for non-tenants, same as hotel manager rights). So please just avoid this at all costs. This is extremely rare as most people are reasonable with their noise level, it is just not the place for a party.

3. If pet waste (poop, etc) is left behind we have to send a special cleaner over there our maids refuse to do it for us so please get rid of your pet waste or we have to charge a $150 fee.

If you are coming here for an event you must let me know beforehand the details of the event including how many people and the length of time it will run for. We have 2 (two) outside security cameras installed on the property facing the front of the house only and these are just to ensure that there are not excessive guests and no theft from your parked vehicles.

The top 2 violations listed above are clearly the most serious, we can NOT have any problems with parties/loud noise or we will be shut down. We have owned our home in the neighborhood for many years, and we have good relationships with our neighbors. Mesa North is a quiet neighborhood, and our neighbors go to bed early and wake up early. Please be respectful to them by closing down all backyard music and talking by 10:00 p.m. No loud music at any time. Let's keep Airbnb a thing that we can all enjoy as they are being shut down left and right for this.

If you are looking for a place to have a party, PLEASE understand, our vacation rental is not the right place for you and there are other locations better suited for this where Police won't be a problem.

Located in Costa Mesa, this villa is in the city center and near the beach. Newport Pier and Huntington Beach Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Crystal Cove State Park and Orange County Great Park. Traveling with kids? Make time for Orange County Fairgrounds, or check out an event or a game at Downtown Disney® District.
