This recently revamped unique rental is 1.5 miles from downtown Newport Beach and 2.5 miles from Huntington Beach beach with free parking. This venue caters to day/night groups up to 150 until 11pm weekdays and 1230am on Fri,Sat and Sunday.. There are no rooms or tents included with this rental just to be clear. This is an hourly rate only venue with a 4.5 hour minimum. The rate is 325.00 per hour. The pictures you see in this listing are what previous guests have done with the space. 3. This venue is all outdoors with one large full and private restroom thats indoors. There is also another outdoor mens restroom with a urinal and sink with partitions for privacy. You are welcome to rearrange all the furniture, but you must arrange it all back before checkout.
Hourly rental rate is $325 per hour with a 4.5 hour minimum for up to 150 guests. This option is very helpful for those who live local or already have a hotel booked near by.
A large/fun filled yard and full private separate bathroom with shower and dressing area for up to 150 persons. Lots of activities for you and your group. Lots of room for fun entertainment, Axe throwing, Corn hole, Ring toss, large beer pong game, Jenga, Bluetooth stereo speakers for Karaoke, Poker chips, Tales and Fire Pits for rent and more. Also, Full kitchen with appliances. Uber to lots of local restaurants/bars for around $7. Weekday noise curfew is 11pm and Fri/Sat are 12am plus 30 minutes for clean up time until 1230am. all guest must be off premises at 1230am or additional charges will apply.
