Finger Lakes wine trails and many State Parks are within easy driving distance. House is located on 5 1/2 acres of land. Large deck and patio area in front provide views of the mountain. During winter skiing shuttle bus service to the resort is available from the House.
Located in Cortland, this vacation home is near a water park and on a lake. Tuller Hill State Forest and James Kennedy State Forest reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Cascades Indoor Waterpark and Shipwreck Golf Amusement Center.
