Enjoy a summer vacation in Coronado! CLOSE TO NASCAR and ready for your July summer escape! Just blocks to the beach on a quiet street, this house is great for all types of guests. Set up for families with room for the whole family, which allows for multigenerational visitors or multiple families staying together. One room is through/off the primary, currently an “office” with desk and peloton and the 4th bedroom is throughthe primary with a twin bed, great for families. Rooms can be set up to your needs. Two other bedrooms, a guest room with queen bed and another room with a full bed and a twin trundle. A full playroom great for kids can also be adjusted to another guest room as it completely closes off.
Other perks include a separate office in the back yard separate from the house to work in peace, a wellness center with a cold plunge, sauna and outdoor shower. Two different grills, an Inclosed front patio as well as covered back patio great for entertaining.
4 adult bikes, 2 kids bikes and a Madsen bucket bike which can hold up to 4 kids in the bucket. Golf cart available for additional cost which seats 6, two surf boards and tons of beach toys, chairs and equipment.

Port of San Diego and B Street Cruise Ship Terminal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Seaport Village and Fashion Valley Mall.
