• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• -check all drawers, cabinets, bath vanities, closets, washer and dryer for clothing, personal items, etc.
• - return any furnishings to where they were found upon arrival. - turn off all lights, appliances & hvac units in each room - check the beach chairs/gear for any personal items.
• - return both sets of keys to the lock box, scramble code. if there are any items in the house that need maintenance attention or are not working properly kindly let me know!
