The home offers plenty of living space to relax including a formal living room with fireplace and ample seating space and large family room which opens the back patio with fireplace and two desk areas. There is an outdoor patio off the family room complete with a BBQ, table and chairs for 6 people to enjoy meals and time outside.

The master bedroom is located on the second level and has a king bed to sleep 2. French doors lead out to a large balcony to enjoy the sunshine and beach breezes. The second bedroom is located on the first floor and has two twin beds which merge together to form a king-sized bed. Both full bathrooms are located on the first floor and include a sink, vanity, toilet and shower over tub.

Front grassy yard and privately fenced backyard, back deck and master balcony provide plenty of space to relax and enjoy Coronado’s famous weather. Inside laundry with full size washer and dryer. Parking on street only.

No need to stress when packing for a beach day, just steps away from the beach so you can easily head back and forth for a quick snack, bathroom break or refuel with a nap.
