A built-in queen-size Murphy bed with a luxury mattress and a built-in desk accommodates work-from-home guests.

The patio features propane heaters, a BBQ grill, and a Traeger smoker. Guests also have access to beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, cornhole sets, kayaks, surfboards, bikes, storage racks, and more. The unit also includes a new oversized Electrolux washer and dryer in-unit for added convenience.
