Second floor features four king master suites with private baths and access to either a private balcony or shared deck. Two built in bunk bed rooms each with private baths. An additional queen sleeper sofa is located in the hallway alcove. Laundry room with two washers and two dryers also on this level.

Third floor features kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two kitchen sinks, gas range with commercial hood, microwave, coffee station with two Keurig and two regular coffee makers. Large kitchen island with counter height seating for seven. Large dining table with seating for 20. Living room with 85" wall mounted television, access to the deck overlooking the pool area, powder room. Three king master suites with full baths and deck access are located on the third floor. The subdivision is located along the bike/multiuse path in Corolla for ease of transportation in the area as well.

We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms).

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

This neighborhood does not allow golf carts.
