This waterfront retreat is surrounded by trees and wildlife, providing incredible views of the lake and breathtaking sunsets. The nearby beach access at Tasman Drive is only a 6-minute walk away.
After a busy day at the beach, take a refreshing dip in your own private pool, or a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A screened porch and two levels of west-facing decks overlook the backyard and lake. There's plenty of outdoor seating, including a dining set, Polywood chairs and a porch swing. Inside, the open-concept great room offers an abundance of natural light and is large enough for everyone to gather. A Smart TV, 5.1 sound system and custom theater lighting make the living room the perfect place for movie night. Ocean Escape is equipped with Smart Home technology, including voice activated TV's and lighting. The chef in the family will appreciate the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, where they can prepare meals while still being part of the action. Host a ping pong tournament in the garage or play foosball in the game room, which features a kitchenette with refrigerator for convenient snacks and drinks downstairs or by the pool. At the end of the night, retreat to one of the three master suites for privacy and seclusion.
Enjoy the great amenities that The Villages of Ocean Hill offer which include oceanfront and lakefront pools, playground, basketball courts, and nature trails. Free parking area on Headwind Way near the oceanfront pool complex. Please note there is a fee for use of the fitness center and tennis court.

Located in Corolla, this vacation home is near a water park and near the beach.
