Inside, everyone can gather in the open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors. Prepare meals at home in the spacious kitchen that boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island with bar seating. There's also a wet bar with icemaker for getting happy hour started anytime. At the end of the night, retreat to the primary suite that includes a king bed, private bath with jetted tub, and direct access to the deck with hot tub. Five more bedrooms (including a second king ensuite) are located on the mid-level, all of which provide deck access for waking up to a refreshing coastal breeze. You'll also find a rec room where you can watch TV or play foosball. Furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, this fabulous bonus space can be used for indoor entertainment, an additional hangout area, or for alternative sleeping arrangements.
Lighthouse Jewel is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Corolla Light just steps from the Currituck Sound. When it's time to hit the beach, walk or bike over to the Oceanfront Complex less than half a mile away, where you'll find three outdoor pools, a snack bar, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball and a playground. Or use the nearby trolley stop just 100' from the house and take the shuttle anywhere you want to go within Corolla Light, including the Sports Complex. This impressive 36,000 sq. ft. facility includes an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a fitness center with showers and a sauna, racquetball, walleyball, ping pong, and weekly classes/activities.
Lighthouse Jewel's location is perfect for guests who want to leave the car in the driveway and experience Corolla on foot or bike. Use the crosswalk to quickly make your way across the street to shopping and dining at the Corolla Light Town Center. A pedestrian path will lead you north to famous Corolla attractions including The Whalehead Club, Historic Corolla Park, the Currituck Maritime Museum, and of course, the Currituck Lighthouse.

Located in Corolla Light, a neighborhood in Corolla, this vacation home is near a water park and near the beach. Corolla Beach and Currituck National Wildlife Refuge reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars. Corolla Raceway and Digger's Dungeon - Home of Grave Digger are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and ecotours nearby.
