Top level:
The open great room offers plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, and the large deck offers sun and ocean breezes. The well-stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area is on the top level, as well as a king bedroom with a large walk-in shower and bath, a half bath, and a fantastic screened porch, which is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon lunch, evening dinners, or cocktails!

Middle level:
This level has four bedrooms. Two of them are king bedrooms with full baths, and the other two have two bunk beds and share a full bathroom. The washer and dryer are also on this level. A deck on the back overlooks the pool and is the perfect place to have your morning coffee or watch the sunset.

Bottom level:
The Lower level offers parking, a 12x24 private pool, and a hot tub. It's the perfect place to end your day, grilling out around the pool or relaxing in the generous seating area. The game room can also be found on this level.
