Enjoy ocean air and sandy beaches at this amazing beach house located in the heart of Corolla. Beach access is just steps away! You can explore nearby shopping, movie theaters, golf, and restaurants. Plus, take advantage of community tennis courts, Pickle ball courts and the Corolla bike path. Your ideal Family getaway awaits!
The cleaning fee includes ALL of your bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, enough paper products to start, coffee/tea, beach chairs, and serviced Pool and Hot Tub.

2026: Pool is available ~April 26 to ~Mid October dependent on weather. If you're staying in either month please message us to confirm availability.
Community access:
This house is located in Ocean Sands and includes access to Tennis courts, Pickle Ball Courts and private beaches for Ocean Sands guests.
Tennis courts are a 2min walk down private roads or drive and park next to the court.
5 car parking in driveway. No RV's or trailers.
Linens and Towels:
- Per advertised guest: 1 bath towel, hand towel, face towel, and makeup towel.
- Beds will be made prior to arrival, with the exception of the top bunks.
- We provide starter paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and coffee/tea.
Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, kids having fun, and dogs....then our place may not be a good fit for you. If not, we welcome you to stay at our house!
Note: We recommend guests purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season.
Must be 25+ to book.
When booking a reservation you give us permission to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.

Located in Ocean Sands, a neighborhood in Corolla, this vacation home is in a rural area and near the beach. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Whalehead are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Corolla Raceway and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars.
