The screened porch provides some shade and is the perfect space to curl up with a good book. Inside Mellow Yellow, you'll find an open great room with three couches to relax on while catching a movie or your favorite show on the flat screen TV. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen along with a large dining table and breakfast bar; there's plenty of room for everyone to gather together for family meals. You'll also be able to enjoy a friendly game of ping pong in the rec room! You'll also be able to take advantage of the park grill and outdoor shower located at this stunning oceanfront home!
