Sound Dream will be a gorgeous soundside home in sought-after Monteray Shores just a two-minute walk from the community clubhouse. Along with four bedrooms and three full baths, this dog-friendly home will include a private pool, hot tub, elevator, and rec room.
After a day at the beach or exploring town, come home and relax in the comfortably furnished open-concept great room. When you're not trying one of Corolla's fabulous restaurants, use the brand new, well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals at the house. A spacious island overlooks the living and dining areas. An elevator goes from the ground floor to the upper levels, ideal for guests with mobility needs. Use it to effortlessly send up your luggage and groceries when you arrive. Outside, your family will love having their very own sparkling private pool and bubbly hot tub for around-the-clock fun and relaxation. There's even a poolside tiki bar where you can get happy hour started anytime of the day.
At the end of the night, retreat to the primary suite with deck access and a private bath that includes dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The mid-level also consists of two additional bedrooms that both feature deck access and share a hall bath. Downstairs, you'll find a rec room with foosball table for indoor entertainment and a sofa bed for alternative sleeping arrangements. There's also a wet bar with wine fridge for convenient drinks and snacks, along with access to the pool area.
Located in Monteray Shores, Sound Dream provides guests with exclusive access to community amenities. The clubhouse includes tennis and basketball courts, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool. The Bonito Street public beach access is just half a mile from the house and offers free parking. Take a three-minute drive south to Monteray Plaza for conveniences such as grocery stores, specialty food markets, gas stations and a coffee shop, plus beach gear stores and rentals. Across the street, you'll find even more shopping and dining options at Timbuck II Shopping Village.
Need more space? Reserve M136 "The Blue Pearl" right next door, which features four bedrooms, three full baths and a private pool. These two side-by-side homes are perfect for extended or multiple families.
