Blue-Eyed Lookout offers a bright and airy space for your family and pet in this comfortable 4-bedroom, dog-friendly home. Whether splashing in the pool or watching the sunset from the screened in porch, this home is sure to provide your family the perfect space for a memorable vacation.

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has deck access to expansive ocean views offering a well-equipped kitchen bar counter (seats 4) and high-top dining room table (seats 8). A half bath is near the kitchen. The living area has a large flat-screen HDTV (streaming TV only) with separate seating area that provides space for a desk and an additional table perfect for playing cards, as well as an easy check on activities in the lower level family room. There is a screened-in porch at the front of the house which is also accessible from the King Master Suite. This bedroom has a large flat-screen HDTV, and a bathroom featuring dual sinks, separate shower [Note: the jetted tub in this bathroom is not available for guest use]. Retreat to another gathering area in the tower room with TV, Xbox, Day Bed with Trundle combined with outstanding ocean views that can be enjoyed from its balcony. [Note: gas fireplaces in the home are not available for guest use.]

ENTRY LEVEL
The lower level includes three bedrooms, including the Queen Master Suite, TV and deck access. A room with 2 Twin beds and another with a Double Bunk Bed Set; both have TVs and share a hall bath with shower/tub combo. The den is a comfortable place for more family members to gather and enjoy watching a movie together. The fun continues outside with the private pool (10' x 22'; pool open May to mid-October; pool heat available for an additional fee), hot tub and gas grill. The garage is available for guest use however parking is not allowed inside garage. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
In season, The Hammocks section has a community pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservation to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.

Located in Corolla, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Corolla Beach and Currituck National Wildlife Refuge, while Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Whalehead are cultural highlights.
